I’m Brandon Reed, Founder of Clear-Frame Advisory, an AI strategy and enablement advisory practice.

My perspective is shaped by over a decade of work in healthcare technology, spanning software training, application analysis, and enterprise roles at the intersection of strategy and governance. Much of this work involved supporting large-scale digital platforms in complex organizations, where technology decisions carried real operational and human consequences.

Across roles in training, system support, and strategic initiatives, I worked between technical teams and leadership—helping translate technology decisions into practical considerations around readiness, risk, and accountability. Over time, this work revealed a consistent pattern: organizations often move toward tools and implementation before they are aligned on purpose, operating conditions, or potential risk.

Clearframe was created to operate in that upstream space. I work with leaders to frame the right decisions, assess organizational readiness, and establish guardrails before execution begins—drawing directly from experience navigating complex technology environments in healthcare.

My work focuses on bringing structure and perspective to moments of uncertainty, informed by firsthand experience where clarity and alignment were essential to responsible progress.
